We are a small scale guinea pig rescue based in Durham, please note we are in Durham in the UK, not USA. Started January 2025 alongside my pet sitting business.
We understand circumstances change and offer judgement free surrender. Guinea pigs are taken in from any situation.
Piggies are health checked, claw clipped and handled regularly before re homing to a 5 star home.
Donations are often given by my lovely customers which are much appreciated.
Holly and I are both animal mad. We have 20 pets between us ranging from cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises and hamsters.

Guinea Pig Surrenders
If you find yourself in the situation where your circumstances change and you can no longer care for your guinea pig, we offer a judgement free surrender.
Guinea Pig Adoption
If you are looking for a new addition to your family, we have solo piggies looking for a friend, or bonded pairs of piggies. Please get in touch to find out the adoption process.
Guinea Pig Claw Clipping
All piggies at the rescue will receive a claw clip before being rehomed. We can also offer this service on a regular basis for your guinea pigs, whether they have been adopted through the rescue or not. Home visits can be provided if local.
Guinea Pigs Available to Adopt
Patchy and Pirate
Patchy and Pirate are a bonded pair of sows. They are two years old and are sisters. Very shy at the moment but starting to settle.
Chippy and Rocky
Chippy and Rocky are a bonded pair of boars aged 10 months old. They are indoor boys looking for a forever home.
Cookie and Snowy
Cookie and Snowy are a bonded pair of sows, aged 2.5 years. They are looking for an indoor home, minimum set up required.
Benji
Benji has returned to the rescue as it’s proving difficult to bond with a boar. Currently fund raising to have him castrated. He’s approximately 6/7 months old.
